I'd love to hear from my readers, so let me know what you have on your mind about the book and/or the theory--well, as long as it's reasonably nice and not R-rated: we writers tend to be a sensitive lot--if you believe that, I have some swamp land to unload. Many readers have been kind enough to share their thoughts on the theory with me, mostly validating it. Of course, there must always be exceptions that prove the rule. We don't want life to be too predictable.
It should be very interesting to see who claims to be the bassist in Chapter VI. I've had numerous questions inquiring about his identity, but as with PJ's identity, I'm not talking. Also, several readers have told me that they think Paul in Chapter III is SO hot and want to meet him. The line forms behind me.
Regarding the music, get a copy of Zachary Richard's Zack's Bon Ton (or any other of his CDs) and play it as loudly as you can, preferably while cooking and/or consuming gumbo--filé and not okra--or just sitting around with friends and any brew Abita. What can I say about Tommy Shaw's 7 Deadly Zens except GET IT and listen to it with no distractions--WOW!! In quieter moments, put on anything Dan Hill, anything Boz Scaggs, John Waite's Temple Bar, and/or Wood's Song from Stamford Hill. Great lyrics and great music! Well, just go out and buy all of the music referenced in the book! I've been asked to divulge the list of songs on "THE" CD. Clearly, both Dan Hill songs (Chapters III and VII) are on it--"I Never Thought" is the first.
Laissez le bon temp rouler!
